The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The technician told me there was no charge, when I asked them to bill me. I later got a message saying I was going to have my details sent to the police. I called to clear the situation and talked to the rudest lady ever that pretty much in her own words said that I was lying the technician told them I didn’t pay

My power supply for my ancient laptop bit the dust and I had spent alllllllll day trying to find a replacement.
